An immigrant entrepreneur with a valid start-up visa can get permanent residency in Canada if they qualify for the program. A key objective of this program is to recruit innovative entrepreneurs to Canada, provide them with a pathway to the private sector (angel investors, venture capital funds and business incubators) and facilitate the establishment of their start-up business in Canada.

Family Sponsorship Immigration:

Family Sponsorship: You have the right to sponsor certain members of your family to become Canadian permanent residents if you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada who is at least 18 years old. In this case, your relative will be able to live, study, and work in Canada.
